Both Hannah and Lindsey are excellent therapists. They are very patient in explaining (sometimes many times) questions I have about the exercises. They listen to where my pain is and at what level and modify exercises and stretches to meet my needs. They are both very easy going yet professional. It’s a joy to go to my appts with them.
ALL staff members at Burnsville I Spine are wonderful! I was with TRIA for almost a year, showing little to no relief/response to injections/physical therapy. I was referred to I Spine, by my doctor, and they are doing SO much more to help me along. Got me moving again! Those piriformis injections are miracle workers. Be sure to stick to your physical therapy sessions afterwards, if you can. Your body needs to be strengthend after any injury. Work related or not. Listen to your body!!! They will treat you well.
