Horrible and awful financing. This system will cost you $16k please anybody that wants a water softening system please search and investigate. This company is a total rip off and they do not work with you. After 2 yrs they send you an invoice finally to tell you the system will cost $16k after all is said and done. Repeat people please please do not use this company

ISPC is very easy to work with. The process is simple and the interest rate I received was fair and certainly lower than any credit card out there. As a consumer, it is important to do your research prior to purchasing any product from any merchant. It does not matter if they are brick-and-mortar or a door-to-door salesperson. Had a salesperson come to my home selling a water treatment system. All sounded great until I did my research after I got my disclosure via email. They sell you an expensive product, while not telling you that you are opening a revolving credit account through ISPC. The salesperson did not even mention this company and through research, people have stated that they are unable to sell their homes because this company placed a lien on the house! If Mr. H******** wishes to seek financing for the purchase through ISPC, he would be required to sign the ISPC financing agreement which clearly discloses he would be opening revolving credit account. I requested proof of my approval for signature for a water system and what was provided was proven to NOT be my signature. At a criminal 10% interest rate as well. $75 dollars in interest with 5$ towards principal is outrageous and would never commit or approve that. With multiple 1 star reviews, this "business" should be shut down

They forced me to take Albo sercurity system after I told them I had ADT for 4 yrs the sells people came in my house after I told me he was selling Solar panels and got my social security number and ran my credit for security system and its still in the boxes he never installed them I offered to send it back they told me it was too late and they made my credit a mess

One of the worst companies out there. I got an equipment finance through this guy and the salesman that came to house never told me he was enrolling me in auto pay. I do not like auto pay since I like to watch my budget. I closed the account that ispc account tied to and didn't realize i was late. I finally found out and called them to let them know I'm waiting for a check to clear and once it cleared, I will deposit $5,500 to the account. This company work with scammers ..they just care about taking you money...enen after the account is pay in full over 3 years the continue reporting to you credit negatively

Like any other finance company, ISPC loans money to its customers in good faith and expects repayment in good faith. Also, like any other creditor, ISPC reports credit correctly to the three major credit reporting agencies (Experian, TransUnion and Equifax).
I find it amazing that this company and its represented partners are still in business especially after seeing all the complaints as of present date filed with the BBB. How is it that they can get away with threats of leans on home and garnishing checks for items such as $8000 home water softeners? Yes, they may not set the price as they so bluntly stated in one of the published BBB complaints, but they are not admitting to being profoundly absent of any ethical fiber as they are clearly representing the wrong people. Please note that we are the finance company that provided you a line of credit for the purchase. At the time you wanted to purchase the unit, you were not forced to finance with ISPC.
