Nouveau proprio d’une maison de 5 ans avec produits Isothermic. Les fenêtres sont merveilleuses, mais lorsque j’ai tenté d’avoir un service après vente pour une petite réparation mineure, cette entreprise a deux reprises n’a même pas retourné mes appels. Très malheureux… Je viens de modifier mon évaluation, car suite à ma première version, madame Caroline Gauthier de Isothermic a fait un suivi très professionnel avec moi, ce qui fut grandement apprécié.
J'ai fais faire un remplacement de 10 fenêtres, porte d'entrée et 3 portes patios avec Isothermic Sherbrooke: EXCELLENTS produits, service (Steven Sage et toute l'équipe) ainsi que l'installateur Elite construction (Jimmy proprio). MERCI !!!! je suis super satisfaite et je suis difficile ! Je recommande définitivement.
