I have been a customer for a number of years and enjoyed their products . There has been changes with the customer service dept . Practicia used to run it and it was great . If you had an issue it got resolved by the end of the day or within 24 hours with an email or voicemail. She has left now and I have to say it is such a struggle to get a return call or email when an issue crops up . It saddens me to have to say this . This never happened in my life. They can cancel your online order! I made a order on their birthday it's 36% on that day. And a couple of days I received an email saying my order is cancelled. When I asked why it's cancelled I got the reply that their system showed my order had a high risk for fraud and they called me several times. However I don't see any call history or voice mail.
M does a great job selling her products by educating her customers about her Line of Products . However, I am having a very tough time getting delivery for my order, which is roughly $190.00 Customer service is terrible at communicating and trying to throw the new person card and company policy around rather than offering solutions . My perspective about Isomers Skincare has dropped significantly as how poorly they treat their customers.
