We've been using Isom's the last 10 years now and have always been very happy with them. Our 16 year old dog needed to be put to sleep and they made as easy as possible for suck sad situation.
Normally I don't bother to give bad reviews, I just don't use the person or business' service any more, HOWEVER! For those of you who might be considering using these people.We took our dog in for a routine dental cleaning and they totally destroyed my faith in them. Her neck was bruised and swollen and she had pockets of fluid in her neck and legs, like a water balloon. I called after hours to see what to do and they don't do anything for you after hours, they refer you to someone in KILLEEN! I left 2 messages and an email.... read more
Saved the Day! After attending a local pig show we came home with four very sick pigs. Dr. Isom Came to our house on a Sunday to evaluate the problem and treat them. He also stopped by every other day for check ups until they were well. I have never had such prompt and caring service.
I use them for many dogs, for boarding dogs and foster dogs in my care and even my own dogs. Now Im going call them for a home visit for my horses shots. They are good people. Im glad to have them as our Vet :)
We have a large family of pets with varieties of needs and I have to say, they have the greatest care from this group of people. Lampasas is our new home and we feel lucky to have found Isom Veterinary Hospital.kd

They were great with my chihuahua, he got neutered and microchiped. They even called back two days later to check on my dog.
