We had a really good experience with the ISR that handled our attic insulation. Danny came over to our house, checked out the attic conditions, and explained very clearly what was needed and what wasn't. He didn't exaggerate or oversell anything, which we appreciated a lot. A different company knocked on our door offering a free evaluation for our attic insulation. They did the estimate, but they were putting a lot of pressure on us to agree to the work right away. Mentioning a group discount because they were doing multiple houses in the area, mentioning that there was mold in the attic and it was dangerous for our children, etc... Had blown in insulation installed by Isolation Solution Royal on my 70 year old house with ice dam problems, with an attic that isn't the most user-friendly place. Danny made it very clear what he thought was the problem with the house and suggested simply blowing in insulation to stop heat from escaping through the house into the attic, and also recommended bats against the knee walls in my bedroom. These guys are great! I had them come as a second opinion. Danny was very understanding and came right away to take a look at my attic. He is an honest man who gives it to you straight. Not a hard salesman so you do not feel pressured. He has over 20 years experience so you are in safe hands. They beat the competitions quote and provided me with a better insulating product.
