A different company knocked on our door offering a free evaluation for our attic insulation. They did the estimate, but they were putting a lot of pressure on us to agree to the work right away. Mentioning a group discount because they were doing multiple houses in the area, mentioning that there was mold in the attic and it was dangerous for our children, etc... Had blown in insulation installed by Isolation Solution Royal on my 70 year old house with ice dam problems, with an attic that isn't the most user-friendly place.
