I can't say enough about iSolara the company or about every individual on the team who worked on our installation. From our first meeting with Dale to the installation and sorting out of problems caused by the Hydro strike and rebate application, Albert, Saadia and the entire team were at all times professional, helpful and cheerful. Isolara did a great job in planning, installing and commissioning our solar netmeetering system. They're very responsive and have been in business for many years.
They were good at getting back to me and designing the system was easy. The install was fast and clean. Dealing with Hydro was painful but iSolara was very responsive and kept on top of the situation. We are now up and running and we are very happy with the results.
The installation done 10 years ago was 5 stars! I am not sure what has happened but I have been waiting for over a year to have one inverter replaced. Called and sent numerous emails but never get work scheduled. The inverter was shipped to me a year ago under warranty so parts suppliers are good. Just wish someone would come and swap out the unit. Since this post I was contacted and they apologized not performing the work in a timely manner and they reduce cost by the amount of the energy I would have lost over the year whi... read more
