Like many other reviews this is a scam. I stopped services with XCEL Energy August 2024. All of a sudden I've been charged in June 2025 through Arcadia for they say is "leftover solar credits"? I call bullshit, they won't refund my money either. If they were leftover credits I should've been billed in the fall 2024 not JUNE 2025
Worse scam I had to deal with. I signed up with them to help 'green energy companies'. Little did I know what nightmare would unfold. Rates went up and when I checked into cancelling, they claimed that they need a 6 month notice (this was not in the contract I signed). For the remaining months, my bill went up drastically, despite low energy usage. They kept my cc info (I was cut off from logging into my account and removing my billing info). This place is a SCAM. DO NOT SIGN UP.
I had a sales rep come to my door and tell me that it was free and that I would be getting money back from the company because of government subsidies. Turns out, that was a lie! This company is a scam and doesn't even produce that much.
Arcadia billed me for a non-existent account that I never opened with them. This is a thoroughbred scam.
