Wouldn't recommend coming here. It looks beautiful from the road but is no where near as nice inside. Food was mediocre and very overpriced with not great service. Would not go back or recommend.
We made reservations on a Monday night at 7:45pm. When we arrived, it was very busy. There were at least 4 other parties waiting in by the host stand. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Once seated, our waitress Savannah was attentive and sweet. We ordered the chicken parm, eggplant Milanese, pork chop, and the seafood risotto special. Everything was so delicious! The portions are very generous and can be shared between a couple people. We would definitely return again for the food.
Isola has become a staple for my family the last few summers. My kids and husband absolutely love their pizzas and I’m obsessed with their bolognese!! The vibes are always high and relaxing, and the outdoor deck is adorable! Cant wait to come back next summer!
Unfortunately our meal last night didn’t live up to what we expected and have experienced in the past. What I would recommend is the branzino, But the potatoes we had were just plain boiled potatoes that were barely cooked, not the “crispy” potatoes the menu described. Two in our party got meatballs and they were inedible, super hard, dense and dry. Our waitress didn’t tell us the specials, or ask any of the kids if they wanted drinks, in general we felt like we were just an annoyance to her.
Absolutely awful. Been here a few years ago and it was good, but my experience tonight was horrible so I have no idea what happened. First, there were dozens of flies inside the restaurant landing on us and our table the moment we walked in, and were around our table the entire meal. One of the glasses the waitress served my dad soda in had a long crack down the side, and we didn’t notice until he drank a quarter of the soda.
