Bad communication between the intake crew and the reception to get an NDIS client of mine enrolled it's taken three weeks and even when they say they will call him there's another delay. There's not really any excuse to this breakdown of communication when you are attempting to deliver a high level of service to a vulnerable population. It's taken two calls weekly so far and sending the referral twice and it still hasn't gotten straightened out between intake and getting him the actual appointment. Abysmal. This place is full of angels. Psych Harry is the perfect blend of knowledgeable and professional while providing genuine empathy and care. Admin staff are amazing, going above and beyond for patients. The culture of isn feels altruistic rather than money making. Dr Noonan also incredibly skilled at EMDR/trauma recovery. Best clinic I’ve ever worked with.

The whole process of conducting an assessment for my daughter from me sending a referral to waiting to discuss the result is nearing a year and counting. The time line of the process is disastrous. I was initially told it would be done within three months, it took six and half months to conduct assessment, the field assessment as mentioned originally was never done.
