horrible scammer. Does not stand behind his work. Createdemore problems with my car than when i brought it in. to his shop. He refused to fix his mistakes and kept the money I had given him. Zero integrity. Never again.Complete waste of my time and money.
It was a horrible experience, The shop was disorganized and a filthy disaster, with many many centerfolds of almost naked women posted on the walls. The owner Joe Ismond is a scatterbrained excuse-filled, mistake-prone, imposter. On two consecutive scheduled appointments, this narcissist Joe Ismond kept me waiting for almost 5 hours each time, Joe has no professional maturity. Hot mechanic 😳
Took my car in for service about 6 months ago. I had a crack in my engine block and was told what part i needed. After searching hi and low i was finally able to get the part shipped in for $170. When i took it in to get the part replaced the rad hose wasnt attached properly as i was going to change the alternator that morning but didnt end up doing the job and just got the hose on enough to drive the 2km to their shop.
