The treatment itself was fine, but after-care and organisation were poor. I waited 6 weeks for retainers after Invisalign was removed with no clear explanation as to why it took so long, which has led to significant pain when wearing them now. Communication was lacking, and the clinic is inflexible with appointments and not open on weekends.
