We had a wonderful experience with iSmile and Dr. Sepi for our 10yr old’s orthodontic needs. He had multiple issues and they were carefully scanned, understood and planned for correction. We were given clear plans, estimates and directions on what to expect and when. The scheduling team was flexible and accommodating and we had the chance to visit both Seattle and Redmond locations and both are well managed. Dr. Sepia and her team are pleasant professionals who always made me comfortable about the procedures and expected results. I can tell that Dr. Sepi takes pride in her team. It's a great office staff, and I'm Happy I went to them for my orthodontia needs.
We had a great experience at iSmile. My 8 year old needed an expander and braces to fix a narrow palate, which wasn't leaving sufficient room for some of her adult teeth to come in. Dr. Sepi and her team were friendly and welcoming and made my daughter feel comfortable, despite her nervousness about the process. We've just recently had her braces removed after treatment and the difference is incredible. Her smile is perfection, and my daughter (and we) are very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend iSmile!
