My girls have seen Dr. Lauren and staff for the past eight years. Through numerous sets of braces, etc., she and her staff have been wonderful. Communication about payment, insurance, appointments and treatment plans has been seamless and straight-forward. Dr. Lauren has a way of connecting with her patients (and their parents!) that makes everyone feel at home. I'd recommend iSmile to anyone looking for outstanding care and a compassionate provider. We will miss them but are grateful for beautiful smiles 😀
The staff is so friendly. Very clean and welcoming. Robyn did my dauthers braces, she was so kind and told her every step before doing it. Great place.
My son comes here regularly for his orthodontic care, and we’ve had a great experience. Everyone is friendly and patient, and they make him feel comfortable at each visit. We’re very happy with his care!
