Very attentive and professional
I was a few minutes late but did not have a long wait. Everyone from front desk to the hygienists and Doctors all create a comfortable environment for the patients and staff. I’ve had a lot of dental work done at I ISmile in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, fillings, caps, etc and the experience was always professional and pleasant
I’ve been a longtime patient at iSmile Dental Williamsburg and genuinely enjoy my visits with Dr. Rima Portman. She’s an outstanding provider, and her whole team is phenomenal.Never more then a two minute wait to be seen unless it’s me chatting away with Lisa at the front desk. Special shoutout to Lisa at the front desk by the way. She’s patient, kind, professional, and delivers a true white-glove experience from check-in to follow-up.
