Pire service à la clientèle... Pas capable d'avoir un reçu d'assurance, on te fait des promesses de l'envoyer cette semaine, mais ça fait 4 semaines que j'attends pour un reçu de 1000$. J'ai fait 4 appels et 3 courriels, mais en vain... Le Dr M’a appelé personnellement pour s’excuser et a fait accélérer les choses, j’ai eu mon document dans la même journée. Dommage que ça ait pris l’intervention du médecin pour que ça arrive!
