I had a very pleasant experience. From the exam with the very empathetic and thorough thecnician Michelle to the immediate results with the DR. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would absolutely return in the future.
I paid $700 for two separate visits that lasted only four minutes each. The doctor provided no clear explanation of my condition and failed to follow through on a promised ENT referral.
I had a caudal epidural injection at ISMI on October 2 on the recommendation of the pain doctor ($1,100). Since then, my back pain has improved, but my leg symptoms have worsened and I have difficulty walking. I cannot say whether the injection caused this change. ⭐⭐ Disappointing experience despite a nice and modern clinic The clinic itself is modern, pleasant and welcoming, with a nice atmosphere and a clean appearance. Unfortunately, my experience with the medical service and communication was very disappointing.
