Dr. Ismail was the appointed doctor for my Dad while he was in the hospital in Bonifay, FL. The only time we saw this doctor was during the initial admittance. He failed to show for over 30 hours since the admittance!! Yes, 30 Hours!!! My family and I were irritated at first with the staff because they were not nice to us every time we would ask if the doctor was in. They were always very short with us.
