I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Ismail as a child with Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD). Looking back now as an adult with a proper diagnosis, I feel incredibly let down by the assessment I received under his care. Despite clear signs of trauma, neglect, and instability in my upbringing, the focus of the diagnosis seemed rushed and superficial.
