I was rather upset as the patient medication was out of date on the main sticker then they wrote on the label and changed the date it's very unprofessional and poorly labelled potential could be dangerous.
One of the worst GPs I’ve been to, I called on the Tuesday for a prescription I’ve already had just at a different surgery, despite asking to see a nurse, as this was usually the case, I was told I had to see a doctor and I needed to call at 8 for an appointment. I couldn’t do this until Friday. On Friday I was told I didn’t need to see the doctor and they could book me in to see the nurse at a different location Tuesday the following week (too late). Always polite and professional.from the doctors ,to the nurses and the receptionist
I havnt been to a doctor in nearly 8years. My first experience is a rude, dismissive, patronising woman telling my the lump in my throat was probably acid reflux and to take some gaviscon and some acid blockers. I told her I smoke cigarettes, that was of no concern to her. I understand she's probably been a doctor for quite some time, but Boris Johnson has been a politician for quite some time, and look how that turned out. Having read a few negative reviews here, I felt compelled to write my own. Since arriving in the area in September 2023 this surgery has been nothing short of brilliant! Maybe moving here from London gave me a low starting benchmark in terms of medical care, but I've found it easy to get an appointment here, and the team have always been super helpful and clearly care about my health.
