The building is very pretty and with high quality finishes. I like the layout of the suites as well. The neighborhood is also amazing, very convenient access to the subway. However, the amenities like pool and hot tub are quite often broken, and honestly a little dirty. Almost all amenities require additional fee payments, and it isn’t cheap. Moved into 5 Mabelle on March 14, 2026. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of not completing a full unit inspection before moving in. Upon move-in, we discovered several broken appliances/issues, including: * Washer * Dryer * Oven * AC, which was fixed relatively quickly As of today, 54 days after moving in, we still cannot use the in-unit laundry. This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. To add insult to the injury, after following up with Del Property Management, we were sent a Google link to a laundromat! Ove... read more
