Nice building. Everything is great — clean, well-maintained, and organized.
My family has been living in this apartment complex for three years. During the first year, we lived in Building #5, and at that time, the service truly matched the promised standards — everything was clean, well-organized, and the staff responded promptly to any concerns. WARNING ‼️ To whomever concerned as future tenants/ owners. The building is ok, nothing too fancy which it’s priced for. They take months to fix any broken amenities; pool has an issue which took almost 6+ plus months to be fixed. Worst management ever; they will charge you any and every issue, refund will take forever to come (2+ months and still waiting). While move out they will literally harass you by booking 5-6 showings per week within working hrs, while you pay rent for last 60 days of notice. I have been living in No... read more
