I wrote a review but Isha took it down. Hear it is again....... Isha had Accuro waste management remove two bicycles and destroyed chains. Even though we had permission to park there by Monique Duchen. One was pulled off the truck by a neighbour. They say they put a Torts notice up in September (supposedly) saying bikes would be removed if they had not been used. (I do not ride my bicycle in winter) I check my bicycle every couple of days as my bedroom window looks directly at bike rack. Only one neighbour saw notice tucked ... read more
Avoid this Housing Association if you value financial stability and fair treatment. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and disregard for tenants as I have with ISHA. They wrongly flagged me as in arrears, multiple time, despite the fact that I pay my rent in full and on time every month. Their rent system is flawed because it marks you as behind if you don’t pay in advance, even though that’s not how rent legally works. Isha's team do not liaise with each other, they patch work with many disrepairs, you have to chase them with an update on complaints. They're are a few good people but the majority will seem as though they don't even know what their doing. Very frustrating and you'll definitely need head space to challenge EVERYTHING. Reply to the review comment from ISHA I'm in complaint stage 2 about the behaviour of staff, lack of communication and unprofessionalism of your team. Shambolic housing trust. The CEO needs to step down ASAP. She constantly complains about not having money to deal with cladding issues. But yet they throw money at useless contractors , cut costs and put people’s lives at risk. Leaks in car park ongoing for years and going into the electrical intake cupboards in the basement on a building with potentially life threatening cladding.
