Avoid this Housing Association if you value financial stability and fair treatment. I have never in my life experienced such incompetence and disregard for tenants as I have with ISHA. They wrongly flagged me as in arrears, multiple time, despite the fact that I pay my rent in full and on time every month. Their rent system is flawed because it marks you as behind if you don’t pay in advance, even though that’s not how rent legally works. Isha's team do not liaise with each other, they patch work with many disrepairs, you have to chase them with an update on complaints. They're are a few good people but the majority will seem as though they don't even know what their doing. Very frustrating and you'll definitely need head space to challenge EVERYTHING. Reply to the review comment from ISHA I'm in complaint stage 2 about the behaviour of staff, lack of communication and unprofessionalism of your team. ISHA offered to pay a so-called 'settlement', of £2,000, last year, through their Solicitor.I REFUSED....The so-called settlement, was that ISHA offered to pay the £2,000 rent arrears, at that time. Why did ISHA want to so this? It's because they know what they have allowed me and my family to endure. It's now 2025, and the disrepairs STILL remain, since 2020...
A terrible organisation. I have the misfortune of being underneath one of their disgusting flats that is forever damaged & leaking and I am constantly flooded. I have had so much damage from the constant floods and it’s been ongoing for almost two years now. It’s also a health and safety issue but they don’t seem to care. On top of it they’re extremely unhelpful and impossible to reach. Poor management - avoid. The flat upstairs is in shambles so that’s telling as well.
A lovely gentleman named Jat was so helpful and stood by his word. He reported the job so fast and I got the right outcome quick took.Thank you so much you made my home feel more comfortable and in perfect time before Christmas :-)
