I wrote a review but Isha took it down. Hear it is again....... Isha had Accuro waste management remove two bicycles and destroyed chains. Even though we had permission to park there by Monique Duchen. One was pulled off the truck by a neighbour. They say they put a Torts notice up in September (supposedly) saying bikes would be removed if they had not been used. (I do not ride my bicycle in winter) I check my bicycle every couple of days as my bedroom window looks directly at bike rack. Only one neighbour saw notice tucked ... read more
Isha's team do not liaise with each other, they patch work with many disrepairs, you have to chase them with an update on complaints. They're are a few good people but the majority will seem as though they don't even know what their doing. Very frustrating and you'll definitely need head space to challenge EVERYTHING. Reply to the review comment from ISHA I'm in complaint stage 2 about the behaviour of staff, lack of communication and unprofessionalism of your team.
