Battling stage 3 oesophageal cancer at the moment and the support, service and care I’ve had from all the staff at Islington house medical centre has been brilliant, from the receptionists to the pharmacy and the doctors, i couldn’t of asked for better care and support.
I honestly can’t thank Islington House Medical Centre enough. The doctors here, the whole medical team, have been extremely supportive and professional regarding my mental health. They took my concerns seriously, listened with respect, and provided the care I really needed. The reception team also deserves huge appreciation they are always welcoming, respectful, and helpful. Surprised to be giving 5/5 for a Doctor's surgery, but with the level of help, advice and treatment over the last few years, I had too. I understand everyone may have or had different experiences but, from calling to get an appointment or call back, it's never been too much of await, and the treatments and care given by the likes of Dr Davies and Dr Dayaram has been exceptional.
Dilia is a nice and patient nurse ^^!
I can't fault this practice; the receptionists and the GPS are outstanding. I've seen my GPS regularly with my conditions, and I never have a problem getting through each time I ring and have a choice of appointments. Everything is done swiftly and I find the gps and Fiona and the nurses lovely, caring and empathic to your needs and cant do enough for you.
