It was very strange when, having come in from the street, I asked permission to use the toilet, and was refused by the receptionist named Emilia. She said that the toilet was only for patients. That's such compassion for people, if you are not a patient and do not pay for the services!..
Me and family had been seeing Dr Chiarot for the last 15 years. Wonderful place indeed, he is so caring and pleasant to talk to. I believe he is slowly reducing his hours due to age and I hope he trains the new doctors. Specially when dealing with seniors.

Dr. John Chiarot is hands down the best. I’ve been his patient since I was a kid, and he’s always provided excellent care. He’s skilled, professional, and has a calm, reassuring presence that makes a big difference— also funny sometimes. His staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit easy. Really hoping he never retires… :(
