the room is great and the person who was doing the test in Brooklyn office was great, but when you call the main number, it is a disaster! No professionalism, they don't know what they are doing. It took me 2 weeks to just schedule and the manager had to interfere to have it done. They did not even take my email address to forward the link. Jennifer is a total mess, don't even deal with her, rude, has no idea of anything, puts you on hold forever, never schedules.........until you reach the manager.
This is the most terrible place . Customer service is horrible. No one has answers to the simplest questions . No on gets back to you . All I can say is fine somewhere else especially if you have heart issues the stress will hill you
