Absolute scam. I tested positive for sleep apnea in 2024, did the virtual consultation with Dr. Singh and got a letter of necessity, but in 2026 they refused to write the prescription for my insurance unless I paid $350 out of pocket for another consultation. Stay away. EDITED: Tried calling Reno and remained on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. Reno, you can call me if you’re actually interested in resolving my issue. Your office has my number since I’m already a patient.
Customer service, at iSleep is fairly good, which is why this review is 2 stars instead of just 1. Unfortunately, their shipping department is frustratingly incompetent. They have successfully sent packages to my apartment numerous times, but when I ordered extra filters (which you have to do because they aren't capable of sending re-supply shipments on time) they left my apartment number off of my address, so the package was rejected by USPS due to an "incomplete address".
