Received cpap at the end of 2023 and never had anyone from this facility followed up for refills on mask or any equipment. Service has been subpar to say the least. I try to call and get stuck on hold for a very long time. Haven’t been able to use my cpap or get support.
I've been waiting an entire month for my equipment. Nobody takes action or accountability in this company to make sure insurance has fully approved the customers' equipment in a timely manner. I called Isleep multiple times to get the status of the cpap, and after a month of them telling me they were waiting on the insurance to approve, they asked me to call the insurance company to find out what's going on. Very nice and helpful. Cost was less then expected.
