Solid service and supplies. Was in Las Vegas on Vacation and my machine failed. They got me in the same day and gave me a loaner machine. Worked out great.

I have been using my CPAP for just over a year. My initial contact with iSleep was very positive. Front desk staff was wonderful and the lady that helped me with my new machine and did my intro was super sweet. My issues began with the replacement pieces that are sent. First set had a heated air hose that was incorrect. I called and was told it would be "looked into". Received cpap at the end of 2023 and never had anyone from this facility followed up for refills on mask or any equipment. Service has been subpar to say the least. I try to call and get stuck on hold for a very long time. Haven’t been able to use my cpap or get support.
