This place is such a joke they keep raising the rent and now starting in June they started charging us for trash pick up. There’s never nobody in the office and when you try to call, leave a message nobody responds even to emails. The drains, and the roads are still clogged up. Nobody’s taking care of that. I have asked numerous time to level my backyard because of the rain coming underneath my home never respond to that either. I called over 2 months, and several follow up calls later to the front office, regional office and not one call back. Everyone I've spoken to in the past 2 months say someone will be in touch with me by 5pm. It's been 2 months and no one has yet to return a call.
