This company building apartments on 24th and houses behind in south Surrey. I am giving 1 star because work side horribly messy and dangerous to walk by. If the work sides look like this, I am not sure what kinda quality would be the buildings they are building.

I bought a property built by Isle of Mann back in 2007. Recently I became aware of a paperwork filing issue between IOM and the city. Upon contacting IOM, the entire management team, especially Beni Mann could not have been more helpful. They are collaborative, responsive and went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. This company cares about the people they build homes for and truly care about good outcomes. Thank you so much!
