We highly recommend Nikhil. My boyfriend and I saw the unit and within the day he was able to secure it for us. He was easy to work with and very professional.
We bought a townhouse constructed by Isle of Mann and haven't been overly impressed with the build quality. Lots of little things like poor paint job, messy caulking, electric panel totally mislabeled. We did buy it resale though so that is what it is. My main issue is that it appears every toilet installed in the complex was installed incorrectly and not up to code. The toilets were not bolted down, but rather caulked to the floor. Guy got upset with me for parking in his "spot". As he inched his way in while putting my kids in the car. I told him it was daycare parking and he was wrong. After leaving I pointed out that he was wrong and he quietly said "my mistake". Wouldn't want to deal with someone like that
Had an amazingly refreshing experience welcoming my clients into their new home at Nature Haus in Fleetwood. Benni, who conducted the deficiency walk through and key handover was efficient, proactive, and attentive in noticing deficiencies on his own, while making sure they were all dealt with before my clients were ready to move in - evidence that they take their quality and reputation very seriously and I wouldn't hesitate to put my clients into an IOM home in the future, as a result.
