I was quite impressed with the quality of communication from the team at Isle Of Freight. My initial call to get information to the actual packing of my box and the process, was lovely. I have shipped a lot of barrels from hamilton to Jamaica over the years and never had anything bad happen until now. Not only did it take 4 months to get the barrels to the people I sent them to but when they finally get the barrels everything inside was covered and ruined from oil and dish soap that you guys some how broke. You some how wasted $2000 of mine.
