The company’s products are outstanding in quality and performance. However, their communication is severely lacking. I have been waiting for a response to my email for an extended period with no reply, and I have heard similar feedback from other groomers. This poor customer service overshadows the excellence of their products.
I got a few samples at the Belgian national last year and used them on Saturday. I loved the end result and they smell good too. Very nice product. I will continue to use.
