Isle Of Beads is Terrible in Customer Service and Overpriced, I have been beading for a long time and been to many stores. The employees here are rude and disrespectful.. They ignore customers when checking out or needing assistance. Disourteous and disrespectful. I would rather drive the extra 45 min to another store than be a patron here. There inventory is ok but shown unprofessionally with prices more than most stores, they sell by gram instead of by hank thereby completely overpriced in their methods. Hundreds, no thousands!, of beads I used to go here all the time when I was younger to get beads for my jewelry projects. Their beads are made from different materials (wood, plastic, silver), have every color under the rainbow, have different designs (zig-zags, dots, swirls), and have different sizes. Don't waste your time at craft stores that have a limited selection. Come here and find hundreds to choose from.
wonderful selection They have a great selection of beads here. I make jewelry for my hobby and I really love this place. Everything is well organized by color and types and it makes it very easy for me to find what I need. They staff there are very friendly and helpful when need to be.

Helpful shop personnel are on hand to make recommendations or offer advice about how to best construct a piece of jewelry, and can recommend the proper findings and hardware as well.
Wonderful Selection I make handmade beaded jewelery and I always come here to get my supplies. They have a unique selection of beads to choose from. They get new ones in every week also. Everything is well organized and put together well so I don't have to really wreck my brain to find what I am looking for.
