Trying to navigate a difficult family situation and having a loved one in rehab hundreds of miles away, Sumaira McCloud has been my lifeline. I wish more people cared as much as she does.
I’ve worked at the facility for 3 months and have nothing but good things to say about the management team, therapy department and the nursing staff. Everyone is professional and work well as a team. I highly recommend the facility for your loved one or if you are looking for employment.
HORRIBLE INTERNAL COMMUNICATION. My Dad is here for Rehab after a hospital stay. All of his records indicate Fall Risk, & that he requires help getting up. That info is NOT available to the CNAs who respond to the call button and are responsible for most of the care for the patients. His “abilities & needs” are only available only to the nurses & maybe therapists. One of the CNAs told him to get up & walk to the bathroom so she could give him a shower. Great facility staff cares about their residents everybody make sure that the place is super clean staff always does their best to make sure that the residents have what they need.
I've enjoyed working with Sumaira at Isle Nursing & Rehab since I have been in the area. She always has a smile on her face and you can tell she loves helping her patients and families. As we work on safe discharges from her community to Palagio, she makes sure I have all necessary forms, paperwork & provides any additional information to ensure a seamless transition. She definitely goes above and beyond and her attention to detail is phenomenal!!
