THIEVES!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CARE!!!!!!! My father made it two days in this place after being released from the hospital and sent there to work on getting his strength back Two days after I saw him he was pronounced dead. We have called every single day since January 6, 10 to 15 times a day to inquire about his personal belongings that he had with him. Sentimental things. I am never one to complain and always try to find the best in every situation but unfortunately, I can't here. My Dad was transferred here from Baptist. In the three days he was at this facility, the following issues happened... First, he was never once taken out of his bed. Not to go to the bathroom, get PT (which was why he was here), nothing! If I could leave no stars I would. My aunt was transferred to this facility from Baptist Health Clay. When she left the hospital she was verbal and doing much better. She was in this facility the maybe a week. That was the worst decision we ever made and still regret to this day. No one answers the phone, you never see a doctor or a competent nurse.
