My husband and I love living in Isle Cottages. We've lived here for a few weeks and had a very smooth transition into our new home. Brittany is by far the most hospitable and wonderful staff member you will meet. Anytime we got ahold of her any questions or concerns we had were dealt with asap! Any maintenance asked for is dealt with swiftly and with absolute care! We love living here and look forward to spending time in our new home!
Had a tour today done today, and it was amazing! The agents were so friendly and helpful especially Dondre! They answered all our questions and made effort to find out exactly what we are looking for to match that.
I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful property, and I was blown away by the experience! The staff provided outstanding customer service friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The community itself is peaceful, quiet, and pet-friendly, which is exactly what we were looking for. The grounds are well-kept and absolutely stunning it truly feels like a vacation right at home. We’re seriously considering leasing here. If you’re looking for a great place to live in Myrtle Beach, this is it!
To say that the year and a half that we lived here was challenging, is putting it lightly. We had problems from the start and they never stopped. Started with a broken sprinkler head that was shooting water up under the siding and into the dryer vent for 5+ months. I repeatedly reported it but was told they couldn’t get the company out to fix it. I can’t prove it but I’m certain this caused a mold problem which lead to increased allergies and a later earwig infestation (about 20/day) in the house for several months. Pest con... read more
