So glad I found Isle Bay Salon. Penny does a great job. She listens to what you ask for, and she takes the time on small details to make sure your hair looks great. I'll definitely be coming back.
I went in for a major hair style change (from long to short) Penny did an awesome job. Love my new cute and enjoyed my time with her. Definitely recommend her.
Penny has been my stylist for many years. I used to go to her when she worked in the twin cities. However, when she moved from this salon and opened one in Isle, MN, I followed her. It is an hour and a half drive each way to have Penny do my hair but she is worth the long drive, without a doubt.
