I have a client who lives in this facility and some of the staff are NOT the friendliest. I wouldn't want to directly work for this company. They have attitudes.
The times I been there I seen this guy walking around like this
Discovery Village at the Dominion is a fantastic place for your loved ones to live. The staff is AMAZING. From the minute you walk in the door. The concierge team, dining room staff, nurses, med techs, the housekeepers, and the memory care givers all are extremely polite, courteous, and compassionate. I sincerely thank all of them for the care they provided for my parents
None answers the phone and it seems that they don't really help the residents that need more help.
