Discovery Village at the Dominion is a fantastic place for your loved ones to live. The staff is AMAZING. From the minute you walk in the door. The concierge team, dining room staff, nurses, med techs, the housekeepers, and the memory care givers all are extremely polite, courteous, and compassionate. I sincerely thank all of them for the care they provided for my parents
None answers the phone and it seems that they don't really help the residents that need more help.
My Mother lived there from July of 2018, fell at the facility in December, and was in rehab until the second week of March. We moved her back into what they told me would be the highest level of care, with a room next to the nurses station. I was told this was the best room due to the location next to a nurse. I later found out there’s only one nurse on staff for the entire facility, and that the station was never manned. My mother just moved in here. So far I am very impressed. The facility is clean and the staff seem very sweet. I'll update as needed.
