I had a fantastic experience with Stephanie. She listened to me, she observed my hair and saw what it would do, and wouldn't do Then she did a terrific job of cutting and simple styling as I had asked. Will absolutely go back and highly recommend her.
Only place I’ll go to anymore in Great barrington. This is the second salon I’ve tried in GB and I had the best experience. I don’t much about hair so I didn’t know exactly how to explain what I wanted, but Steph was able to take my ill-wording and make my dream come true. I’ve been trying to go blonde now for two years and this is the first time I’ve ever walked out of a salon having the EXACT hair I wanted. Total dream experience. Could not be happier, wish I could give a 1000 stars.
I got my Covid haircut done in the best way possible. I was able to get an appointment with Stephanie, the owner, and was very excited to lose the two months of crazy town going on with my hair. I was a couple of minutes early for the appointment and she was able to take me right away. I felt very safe - she was masked, I was masked, there were barriers between all of the chairs (we were the only ones there at the time) and she was clearly sterilizing everything.
