Had a fantastic experience doing some beach yoga as a part of a much needed retreat with my team at work. We were impressed with his knowledge, help, and inclusiveness to help us all bring our mind/body/spirit in-synch! Thank you for hosting our diverse crew!
Island Yogi Phil is the best yoga instructor in Galveston, at least in my opinion... he's certainly my favorite. I can say that for sure. He's passionate about what he does and teaches a variety of different types of yoga classes on the beach, as well as teaching yoga for private events and yoga retreats for groups.
