If you’re a POC do not bother coming to this clinic, it’s genuinely a waste of time. My first appointment was with a PA, where I was continuously told “I don’t know how your skin will react” over and over again simply because i’m brown. Maybe don’t be a dermatology PA if you’re not educated on other skin tones. My second appointment was with the actual doctor. He was incredibly pretentious and literally talked over me. I've been a patient for years, I always found the Dr very good. I had an oncologist appt and the Dr had me waiting an hour so I was 20 minutes late to Islandwide Dermatology. They told me that they couldn't see me after 15 minutes the computer charges my card and to reschedule. I had to pay 50.00 and then told them that I will go elsewhere. Ridiculous policy. 15 Minutes. I feel like I have been pick pocketed and will never return.

Horrible and very disorganized office that is nowhere near professional. Scheduled my appointment at a time I didn’t say I wanted and didn’t even call to confirm the appointment which all doctors offices do. THERE IS A $50 FEE THEY CHARGE YOU WITH!!! Ironically when it’s their fault and not the patient’s!!! Find a different doctor!! The place is also very tiny and uncomfortable, felt like I had no room to breathe because it was so cramped! 1 star because I cant put 0 stars. The receptionists gossip about you as if you can hear them, the doctor if you can call him that is very rude, unknowlegable and racist . He didnt even look up from his prescription pad to see the illness. This is one of those guys that just wants to prescribe you oral medications- just to prescribe something.
