I visited this place today October 24, 2025, if I could give a negative review, I would do exactly. This provider got so much ego, they would not even apologize after my insurance called and told them I do not have a deductible/co-pay. Instead of focusing on taking care of customers, they value money over patients. So my insurance company had a glitch on my co-pay/deductible and so it was showing on there as I owe $100. Beware of this office. They make mistakes constantly on prescriptions. They don’t listen to what you are saying over the phone. I have to repeat myself over and over and over going back and forth with them for over a week until someone finally gets what i need and what I’m saying. The PAs always rush in the room. I have been meaning to find another derm for a while now.

I don’t recommend this office for your care , the Doctor is loud, with a complete lack of empathy, very rude and unprofessional.

If you’re a POC do not bother coming to this clinic, it’s genuinely a waste of time. My first appointment was with a PA, where I was continuously told “I don’t know how your skin will react” over and over again simply because i’m brown. Maybe don’t be a dermatology PA if you’re not educated on other skin tones. My second appointment was with the actual doctor. He was incredibly pretentious and literally talked over me. He ultimately gave me no solution and stated he could not see the problem with my skin… Go somewhere else w... read more
