So disappointed in this facility. I have now been a customer for at least 25 years. We are on the senior years of our second dog. I had an appointment set for 3.30 pm, did not get to see anyone, and at 4.15 pm, I left the premises totally upset. They put me in a dirty room........ Dog and Cat hair were everywhere. my little dog of course picked up most of it in the fur on the floor ..... I was so sick. Throat was closing, eyes were burning. I witnessed a cat get hit by a car just up a ways from the vet. I called and got the after hours person I told him what happened and that I was looking for someone to help this poor cat I wasn’t sure if it could be saved and was told unless I was a client they would not let me take the cat there. I wasn’t sure how to respond to what I was just told. I said so you’re gonna let the cat die. He told me to take him else where. I was furious and crying at the same time. They were so calm and caring with me, they listened to my concerns about ability to pay and my knowledge. They informed me about what I should know and made me feel much better about my cat, and overall I had a very good visit.
