Triya was great! Very knowledgeable In her craft. Always checked to see if pressure was good. I like the fact that she knows about sports and nutrition which goes hand in hand with her massage as I am a boxer so she knows what my body is going through. Will be seeing her every month!
Triya did a wonderful job on my back. She fully understands the nature of my injury and worked methodically to relieve my pain. As a professional therapist, she takes the necessary effort to help me with various stretching exercises.
The massage with Triya was like no other I've had. My legs were sore and could hardly walk from extensive workout and run the days prior. And my shoulders had giant knots inside. She magically worked and smoothed-out all the muscles and tension so I looked and felt like I was bouncing when I walked away from the massage table, and it lasted the next few days.
