I have been wanting to learn about Pole fitness and see how I could further push myself into comfort zones for years. My ego takes over and I tell myself that I'm not good enough, strong enough.... I will do it when I loose 5 more pounds, I'll do it when I have more time, I'll do it when I have more money... The excuses go on and on.
