Delicious dinner & locally brewed sake at Engawa at Islander Sake Brewery. We did brewery tour last November. It was fascinating and very educational.
We recently enjoyed an incredible evening that celebrated the very best of Japanese hospitality and cuisine. The small space does not do justice to the meal itself, but somehow adds to the experience. From the delicate complexity of the dashi-poached tomato, an absolute highlight for me to the incredibly fresh, elevated sashimi and finally the sake lees ice cream to the attention to detail was truly first class.
