Very excited for my new hot tub to be delivered next week!!! Went into Islander today and worked with Joe and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend anyone in the market for a hot tub or pool to go see Joe!!! No pressure sales makes for an excellent experience!!!
Went online today to check opening time of the Ballston Spa store. While online I checked the Spa chemicals and saw an ad that all Spa chemicals are 20% off. At the store, I bought $60 worth of simple blue chemicals, all of which were pictured in the spring savings ad that expires next week. I informed the clerk that they were on sale he said they weren’t and I informed him there is an ad online. He then asked the manager who said only the pool startup kits are on sale. Hottub is awsome and the people at Islander are the best!! Very helpful and fast to respond to all questions both at their store in Ballston Spa and in person (if they need to make a house call). Highly recommend their products and services!! Kerrie is the best!!

I purchased a pool from Islander in April and have been completely satisfied. Joe was excellent and extremely informative. He was knowledgeable and more than helpful every step of the way. From the initial purchase to building permit questions to closing the pool. We the pool installation time came one cap was damaged but one quick call to Joe and he order a new one and I had it in no time.
