You had better hope you don't need service on your pool because you won't get it. Two year old pool liner ripped and this company offered zero help for a new liner installation. Best part.... My parents are purchasing a new pool this year and will not do business with this company.
The absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Do not purchase a pool from them, if something goes wrong with it (which in my case was because of their error) they will do absolutely nothing to help you. I begged them for 3 months to help resolve my issue and was basically told that it wasn't their problem and that I was SOL. I explained the damage, sent them detailed photos, called repeatedly, even brought the damaged parts to their showroom and in the end got no help whatsoever.
