We’ve always loved the consistently great pizza, but today’s customer service was on another level. My wife picked up our order with our three kids, and the staff kindly refused her tip, telling her not to worry because she had her hands full. Then they called to let us know they’d accidentally made the wrong pizza and immediately delivered the correct one to our house free of charge. That level of kindness, accountability, and genuine care is rare. Thank you for always delivering amazing pizza and even better service. 10/10... read more
Service at the door you stand outside thought it was weird food was awesome
This is my favourite pizza spot in the Valley. The pizza tastes authentic, the portions are generous, and it always hits the spot.
Just moved to comox valley with my two daughters this past Saturday and I order my girls pizza as a treat often on nights I don’t want to cook. I like to order from family owed business’s instead of chain and this pizza was very good will be our new pizza spot! Also very friendly delivery driver and fast service. Will order again :)
