I recently made a recommendation because the work that we had done was decent in 2018. However the person I recommended this business to has had their money stolen and no product has been delivered. To my understanding Rick has canceled over 5 times for The Patio install, and after speaking to credible sources the product will not be installed and the owner essentially took their money and ran. Rick was very nice and gave us a great price, until we paid him. It has been ONE YEAR!!!! And we do not have what we paid for. He put up the incorrect sized alumawood and was supposed to fix it, he delivered part of the furniture and it wasn't new, and the bbq island we had custom made has chips all over it from the delivery! Just horrible. Words cant express what we went thru with this place! Dishonest owner Rick who doesn't back or ensure his 3rd party contractor. Slapped together a palapa and thought it was acceptable. Promised a date and design and it turned out to be everything less of a design and the day of my party they were still slapping the palapa together. Its almost 9 months later and i'm waiting for someone to finish the job.

Paid Rick $18,000 and they didn’t hook anything up?! What?! Rick is a phenomenal salesperson who completely fooled us. He told us he would “take care of everything.” We used 5 subcontractors on this home and about the same on our previous home; never had an issue. We now realize how lucky we were. Rick is simply a dishonest man. We learned our lesson to NOT PAY ANYONE IN-FULL before the job is completed. My bad.
