Pros: Unit E2006 was clean, roomy and had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. Pool was below our room but was not a problem and no issues. Beach was 2 minute walk, umbrella and 2 chairs provided. For a reasonable cost, beach attendant set up our reserved spot each day, this was very convenient! Condo was nice, a little outdated but nice! Beautiful view, elevator was fast and was easy to go from beach to room! The only negative this property had was the 9-5 construction they are doing in the parking garage RIGHT by the pool. It was piercing to my ears and they are non stop drilling metal. I don't see them finishing this construction anytime soon, book with caution. We did not utilize the pool during the day because of how loud it was, but the night swims were great!
LOUD construction going on through August 2024. For 2 days of our stay, we were woken up by grinding and power tools at 9 am and it didn't stop until 5. This construction was NOT disclosed during the booking process, and we were not informed of it until long AFTER the cancellation window. If you are staying here in the summer of 2024, I would HIGHLY recommend cancelling your booking before it's too late. It was not relaxing at all.
