Wonderful menu with seafood and steak offerings. The she crab soup was delicious. Haddock was the catch of the day, fresh and nicely prepared. Will was our server, friendly and efficient. It was noisy because it was full of families with kids - a great place for a family meal! Definitely recommend.

I have celiac and I ordered the espresso martini and I told them previously and it came with cookie crumbles, but we didn’t know what it was so I drank it anyways. We asked them What was on top after I already drank half of it and they said it was cookie crumbles, and I asked if it was gluten-free and she told me yes, so I continue to drink it, and then the manager came over and said it was not gluten-free. Super irresponsible serving.
We’ve been coming to IOP for 20 years and Islander 71 (and previously Morgan’s Creek) was always our first and last stop. But, over the past 2 years the food has gone significantly downhill. We were there in summer of ‘25 and it (fish dish) was tasteless and bland, and we decided to give it 1 more try this past August but, yet again, we got the same results.
