Went here for lunch and had a bad experience. The service was terrible. We hardly saw our waitress at all and were waiting on her the whole time from ordering to paying the bill. The food was also on the poor side. Ordered a hamburger with fries. Tiny little hamburger with a few fries laying there. I asked for my fries and she wanted to charge me extra as a side - really? I wouldn't go here again.
I decided to give this place a second chance based on the business answer and I had an amazing experience. They have great mocktails ! The service was great and I enjoyed my time . __________________ First time eating here and it was very disappointing. We waited over an hour for our food, and the waitress didn’t even apologize. This place is what's putting Buffalo WW out of business, truly some of the best wings I've ever had! The beer selection is amazing too.
We waited over an hour on a Monday night for our order. Very disappointing because we had relatives from Ohio and North Carolina were here. They wanted to walk out. When we received our food it was cold! There were only 4 of us. What has happened to customer service?!
