This town has a saying: "Small town, big beach". Well, this town is getting bigger and bigger. Therefore, less beach. You drive down Beach Blvd . . . very little beach. Waaaaay too many high-rise condos. It's such a shame. Which leads me to Island Winds condos. Less accommodating. If your DISH go out, that's on you. I don't own the place! We've been coming to GS in JANUARY for 30+ years. It's like driving in a city now. I know things change. Just not the same. I'd rather spend my money . . . in the mountains!
