Was sent a message at 5:13 the previous day stating that we were able to purchase an additional ONSITE parking pass only to find out after driving 13 hours that we were denied an additional parking pass. Front desk was rude and stated that we could park across the bridge and walk 5 miles for free. Absolutely not. The parking lot was hag empty. Will NOT be returning.
Love this place great price and location
Writing this as we’re currently locked out of our room because the door lock died at 9pm, and the office says they don’t have any spare keys. Waiting over 45 minutes for maintenance to show up as our kids are freezing cold from the pool.
